Daily Rate

Our day rate is between $800-1200 depending upon the seniority of the experts hired, duration and type of project and hours worked.

Hourly rates vary from $90-160.

Aboriginal consultants

Aboriginal consultants are often very time poor. In addition, their cultural knowledge has been accumulated over a lifetime of learning. Currently the daily rate is $500 for a heritage survey. If the consultant is engaged as a facilitator or lead specialist, the daily rate may be between $800-$1500.

Payment terms - Upfront and Final

Larger jobs will require an upfront mobilisation payment of approximately 0.33% to enable swift payment of Aboriginal consultants. Many of these consultants are elderly and may require assistance to arrive at the meeting place. An upfront payment ensures they and their carers/assists are paid swiftly to negate out of pocket expenses.

Final payment terms are strictly 30 days from Invoice.

Travel allowance, Meals and Accommodation

Travel Allowance and Accommodation are charge at the usual ATO rates.

These are usually included in the upfront mobilisation payment.

Facilities and/or vehicles hire are separate costs.
